All of our products are manufactured at a state of the art production facility in Northumberland , which also houses our head office operations. Our research and development offices in South Yorkshire also include training and conference facilities and both sites are supported by satellite sales operations around the UK.

A trading subsidiary in the USA, plus distribution and agency agreements with carefully selected partners across Europe, Asia and the Middle East result in a network of associates covering over 30 key territories around the world..

Products and Services
In addition to manufacturing a wide-ranging choice of analogue addressable fire control panels, addressable emergency lighting testing systems and alarm/communication solutions for the deaf and hearing impaired, we also source and supply system components and offer a design and manufacturing service for bespoke solutions to meet specific client requirements.

We want our customers to get maximum benefit from our systems and consider support and training an essential element of our services. We offer free, hands-on training at either our Northumberland or South Yorkshire offices so that your staff are fully up to speed with new systems before they go live.

First class technical support is available by telephone from an experienced team of engineers, on hand to help with any queries or teething difficulties.
