In
an industry totally focused on safety, the quality of our
products is paramount.
In
the unlikely event that product is to be returned, items
will only be accepted
if an RMA (Returned Material Authorisation) form is fully completed. An
RMA number will be issued by contacting either our Technical
Support or Quality
departments. If the completed RMA form is not sent with the product, this
will result in a delay processing the return until the correct or missing
information is received. Product should be sent for the attention of the
Quality Manager or Quality Engineer at the address shown on the RMA form.
