New Faces at Advanced...

Paua Hill (Corporate Support), Steven Myers (Accounts) and Paula Ramsey (Buyer)

The continued growth of the business has seen the development of a number of new roles and we would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce three new members of our team:

Steven Myers took up the role of Accountant in March. He comes from a strong financial background, having previously held accounting positions with manufacturers Zodiac Automotive and Gestamp UK amongst others. He is looking forward to the challenges of a new role and comments, ‘It has been great starting the new job, meeting everyone and getting to know how things work here at Advanced.’

Paula Ramsey is our new Buyer who also started working with us in March. Paula has over 12 years experience in the electronics industry and purchasing. Working alongside Paul Caffery in Stores, she has her work cut out to keep up with Production, though she is already making strong inroads and is looking forward to working closely with new colleagues.

Paula Hill took on the role of Corporate Support at the beginning of the year. Her key responsibilities are to provide HRM support to the organisation while also delivering a more general administrative service to the Directors. Her background includes working as a Workforce Development Adviser with a range of organisations and project co-ordination. She says of her time here, ‘I’m really enjoying working at Advanced. It’s fast paced and everyday is different, which keeps me on my toes!’
