Production / Assembly Operator

We are looking for additional staff to join our busy manufacturing plant based in Cramlington. We are looking for day shift shop floor staff, particularly assembly solderers to join our team.

Job Location: Nelson Park, Cramlington

The hours are: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16.30,Friday 08:00 to 14:30

The main responsibilities for this role will be to assemble the company’s products, ensuring the highest of quality standards are met.

The right candidate will possess good knowledge of the electronics assembly environment:
• Able to understand Assembly build documentation
• Electronic component recognition
• PCB assembly
• Hand soldering

Personal characteristics required include:
• A reliable and professional approach to work with excellent time keeping
• The ability to work under own initiative
• Skilled with hands and a good eye for detail

Full training will be given and the positions are temporary (6 Months) with a possibility of becoming permanent.
