Product returns

Before returning any goods, please obtain an RMA number from our Technical Support or Quality Department. Please complete all sections of this RMA report and send it to us by clicking the 'Send' button. Please include the RMA Number with the returned unit. Product should be sent for the attention of the Quality Manager/Quality Engineer at the address below. Failure to return this report may result in the units being returned and any evaluation costs being invoiced.

Note: Product received damaged must be reported immediately to Advanced Electronics. Failure to do so may impact on any warranty claim. Product should, wherever possible, be returned to Advanced Electronics in the original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent any damage/further damage in transit. PCB’s should be returned in anti-static material also.
