In an industry totally focused on safety, the quality of our products is paramount.

In the unlikely event that product is to be returned, items will only be accepted if an RMA (Returned Material Authorisation) form is fully completed. An RMA number will be issued by contacting either our Technical Support or Quality departments.

The RMA Form can be found online here and should be completed and sent to us. The RMA Number should also be included with the returned items. If you perfer to print the Returns Form and send it with the returned product, the printable version is here.

If the completed RMA form is not completed, this could result in a delay in processing the return until the correct or missing information is received. Products to be returned should be sent to this address:
