Training and support are essential elements of our end to end service, and we offer free, hands-on training for account customers covering all aspects of our product range in the form of a modular hands on Passport Training Scheme. The passport scheme covers training on elements such as extensive product review, networking systems to panel diagnostics and engineering.

Training is carried out at our conference and training facilities at either our head office in Cramlington Northumberland, or at our engineering facility in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Both sites are fully equipped with simulated multi panel installations, which we believe make them the most up to date fire safety control system training facilities in the country.

A typical day course lasts from 10am to around 4pm, and classes are limited to eight people per session, to give everyone a chance to fully participate and benefit from the training. If our open courses are not suitable for your needs, we can develop and deliver tailored courses to suit individual client requirements.

Both of our training sites are sited close to major transport links, and if necessary we can arrange to collect you from Newcastle Airport or Newcastle Central Railway Station. Please let us know if you require this option when making your booking.
